CAR-T Cell Therapy Flowchart

Prompt

A horizontal scientific infographic illustration showcasing the complete staged process of CAR-T cell therapy from laboratory to patient. The background features a clean medical style with a dark blue to light blue gradient, accompanied by faint grid lines and cell structure watermark patterns. The overall composition adopts a clockwise circular flow layout, with each stage interconnected by glowing dashed lines with arrows. Centered at the top of the image is a prominent white bold main title: 'CAR-T Cell Therapy Process'. The image contains the following six specific staged visual and textual details arranged by process flow: The upper left corner is the first stage, with white numerals and title: '1. Leukapheresis'. Below is the explanatory text: 'Blood is drawn from the patient to extract T cells.' The main visual depicts an abstract human silhouette lying on a hospital bed, with the arm connected to medical tubing, blood flowing through the tube into a small apheresis machine, beside which several small blue spheres represent the extracted T cells. The upper right corner is the second stage, with numerals and title: '2. Reprogramming'. Below is the explanatory text: 'T cells are genetically modified in the lab to produce Chimeric Antigen Receptors (CARs) on their surface.' The main visual shows a laboratory culture dish and a pipette, alongside a magnified microscopic close-up: a hexagonal structure representing a lentiviral vector is injecting a glowing gene strand into a blue T cell, on whose surface several bright green 'Y'-shaped receptors (CARs) are beginning to grow. The right-center area is the third stage, with numerals and title: '3. Expansion'. Below is the explanatory text: 'Millions of CAR-T cells are grown in a laboratory bioreactor.' The main visual depicts a transparent cylindrical bioreactor vessel, inside which densely packed, numerous blue CAR-T cells bearing bright green 'Y'-shaped receptors are floating, representing the cells'
